Qualificações

• Minimum five years of post-admission legal practice experience.
• Juris doctorate required; licensed in the jurisdiction of the role.
• Strong ability to analyze complex litigation matters and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage actual and potential litigation matters end-to-end.
• Advise on litigation issues impacting multiple business functions.
• Manage dispute resolution and strategy across matters.
• Interpret laws, rules, and regulations and advise on changes.
