JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Attorney—Assistant General Counsel, Vice President—to provide practical legal guidance on investment products, including advisory and brokerage offerings. You will partner with business leaders and Compliance to ensure sound risk management, robust disclosures, and compliant product development in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of legal practice experience in financial services, wealth management, broker-dealer, investment advisory, or asset management.
Experience advising on broker-dealer and/or investment advisory matters and investment products.
Working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, securities laws, and FINRA rules.

Responsibilities

Advise on investment products distributed by JPMorgan Wealth Management, focusing on broker-dealer and investment advisory matters.
Support advisory and brokerage product offerings, including development, distribution, disclosures, and governance.
Interpret and apply federal/state securities laws and FINRA rules.
Provide timely, practical legal counsel aligned with business priorities and risk management.
Collaborate with Wealth Management attorneys and other Legal teams.
