Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute strategic, journey-based campaigns that retain and deepen client relationships. You will lead go-to-market development for retirement plan products and services across B2B and B2C audiences and collaborate with product, web, brand, and digital teams.

The role supervises a three-person marketing team, drives audience development, and defines KPI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience
• Track record in client marketing, journey building and audience development
• Ability to gain buy-in, influence and drive outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated understanding of marketplace, competitive landscape and regulatory environment
• Experience developing and implementing strategic plans, forecasting and obtaining objectives in a metrics-driven environment
• Ability to influence development of effective creative concepts and marketing strategies
• Sedentary work physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic, journey-based campaigns to retain and deepen existing client relationships
• Lead go-to-market development for retirement plan products and services across B2B and B2C audiences
• Develop customer journeys and drive automation, personalization, channel strategy, execution and measurement
• Lead audience web strategy for institutions in Higher Education and Healthcare markets
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Public Web, Secure Web, Brand/Creative and Digital Experience teams
• Maintain relationships with sales and business partners to educate internal stakeholders and showcase key workstreams
• Establish measurable audience goals and connect project workstreams to KPIs
• Lead marketing initiatives tied to CEO initiatives, including stand-ups, progress tracking, presentations and senior leadership updates
• Supervise and develop a team of three professional marketers, including career path development and fostering teamwork
