Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Lead Agentic Gen AI Engineer to mentor a team and drive scalable AI solutions for Risk Technology. You will shape NLQ-powered data platforms and multi-agent orchestration.

You will partner with data science, product, and business teams, write production-grade code, and promote best practices in AI engineering while delivering impactful results for the Risk business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (CS/Engineering/Data Science).
• 10+ years experience in data science and natural language querying, including AWS deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and scaling of generative and agentic AI solutions for Risk business.
• Design enterprise AI frameworks and NLQ capabilities for diverse data types.
• Develop multi-agent systems for orchestration, memory, telemetry, and data retrieval via NLQ.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI engineering.
