Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Associate to drive AI/ML initiatives across client services and operations. You will analyze data, design autonomous AI agents, and deliver cloud-centric software solutions using Python, NLP/LLM techniques, and modern ML tooling.

You will work with stakeholders to identify business needs, experiment with model architectures, and deploy models in production while communicating results to both technical and business

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or significant industry experience in NLP/LLM/ML.
• Strong Python programming and production-grade coding skills.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and DL toolkits.
• Experience with PyTorch/Transformers/HuggingFace for model development.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Python to automate processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and build NLP/ML solutions.
• Apply LLMs, ML techniques, and statistics to improve decision-making and workflow.
• Collect and curate datasets for training and evaluation.
• Experiment with model architectures and hyperparameters; select objectives and metrics.
• Monitor and improve model performance via feedback and active learning.
• Collaborate with tech teams to deploy models in production.
• Present modeling results to business and technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with LLM/ML research and emerging techniques.
