The VP will develop talent, drive change, deliver insightful analyses, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Travel 25%+ may be required; compensation is $275,000–$375,000 annually.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, FP&A - Retail to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will own financial planning and analysis for a large-scale retail business, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making and long-range planning. The role will focus on strengthening finance operations, improving reporting quality, and supporting strategic priorities across a complex, evolving organization. This position also requires strong leadership to develop talent, influence change, and help deliver productivity and cost improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $275,000 - $375,000 annually
