Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7+ years of experience leading training or performance enablement functions.
• External industry experience preferred, especially with large-scale advisor networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Field Force Training strategy aligned with enterprise growth and Advisor Operations priorities.
• Lead the Field Force Training team to modernize, innovate, and mature capability for advisor and field leader performance.
• Establish a data-driven training and performance framework linking investments to measurable outcomes (productivity, client outcomes).
• Partner across Product, Planning, Technology, Enterprise Adoption, HR, and Talent Development to align training with business priorities.
• Design scalable operating models, governance, and reinforced training practices across the organization.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture and coach/mentor talent across the field force.
