Job summary

First Command Financial Services seeks a Senior Vice President, Advisor Operations to lead Field Force Training, Advisor Onboarding & Recruiting, and Advisor Operations teams. This role partners with ELT to shape field-focused strategies and align with enterprise goals.

You will oversee budget, coordinate with Field Leadership, and drive programs to improve advisor productivity, onboarding, and performance across Field and Home Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in finance, marketing, or business a plus.
• Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• MBA or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for assigned teams by establishing vision, objectives, strategies and action plans.
• Oversee budget development and execution for assigned teams.
• Coordinate with Field Leadership to ensure onboarding, recruiting and training needs are met.
• Supervise Field Force Training to develop world-class Advisors, District Advisors, and staff.
• Conceive, scope, and analyze field-focused activities and production trends at multiple levels.
• Assess District Advisor effectiveness and drive improvement strategies with leadership.
• Coordinate communications that impact the field and coordinate with Home Office partners.
• Develop and implement programs to improve field force productivity.
