Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a Vice President to join its Real Estate Equity Research team in New York. You will develop differentiated research on REITs, engage with institutional investors, and help shape investment views across listed real estate companies.

The role requires several years in equity research, strong modeling and communication skills, and the ability to generate innovative ideas in a fast-paced environment. FINRA registrations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Several years of equity research experience covering REITs or listed real estate.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience interacting with institutional investors and corporate management teams.
• Ability to generate differentiated investment ideas in a fast paced environment.
