Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking an Equity Research Associate for a leading New York hedge fund focused on Financials. You will generate actionable long and short ideas and work directly with senior portfolio managers on high-impact investment decisions.

You will build and maintain detailed financial models covering banks, specialty finance, insurance, and diversified financials, monitor earnings and regulatory shifts, and support risk-managed portfolio construction.

Qualifications

• A few years of equity research or buy side investing experience.
• Strong modeling and valuation skills.

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
