Qualifications
- 1–2 years of equity research or real estate finance experience.
- Fully licensed.
- Strong financial background and a passion for real estate and the stock market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CFA designation or working towards it is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed company models (IS/BS/CF).
- Analyze financial statements and industry news related to coverage.
- Write equity research reports and form investment theses.
- Participate in site visits and management meetings.
- Communicate investment recommendations to clients.
