  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on program milestones, participant progress, and items requiring action or escalation.
  • Support managers with guidance, communications, and tools that help them create a strong experience for interns and analysts.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings for assigned pathways or client groups to review upcoming deliverables, address issues, and drive follow-up actions.
Performance management and talent planning
  • Execute performance processes for assigned cohorts, including goal tracking, feedback checkpoints, calibration support, and end-of-program evaluations.
  • Monitor participant progress, identify risks or support needs, and partner with managers and stakeholders to take timely action.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up actions related to performance and talent decisions for assigned groups.
Data, insights, and continuous improvement
  • Use program data, participant feedback, and operational insights to identify trends, improve participant experience, and strengthen delivery across assigned pathways or client groups.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, simplifying activities, and standardizing tools, templates, and ways of working to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Use technology and digital tools to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and support a more efficient and engaging program experience.
