Responsibilities

Manage the Office of Development Policy (ODP) and establish policies and procedures for DFC reviews of Environmental & Social Impact, U.S. effects, and Developmental Impact of projects.
Develop guidelines for reporting developmental impact and project additionality.
Establish guidelines for evaluating projects with sensitive host-country or U.S. policy considerations.
Plan work, set priorities, assign tasks, and oversee data, estimates, and strategies to achieve goals.
