Job summary

Qualifications

• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in a U.S. state, territory, DC, or Puerto Rico.
• Transcripts and bar proof required if selected.

Responsibilities

• Structure, diligence, negotiate and document complex international debt and/or equity transactions with a focus on energy and infrastructure.
• Advise on transaction structures including debt, equity, and fund arrangements.
• Serve as first chair in negotiations with borrowers, sponsors, investees, and lenders.
• Manage disbursements, subscriptions, and capital calls; monitor and restructure transactions.
• Analyze foreign law issues, corporate matters, collateral, and dispute resolution; manage outside counsel.
