Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across CX, service operations, digital, or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading large, multifunctional organizations and enterprise strategy.
• Healthcare, medical technology, manufacturing, or complex service environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise customer engagement strategy across functions and leaders.
• Develop budgets, workforce plans, and execution priorities for the function.
• Build organizational capability through leadership development and succession planning.
• Represent Customer Engagement in enterprise committees and customer advisory activities.
