Qualifications

7-10+ years of sanctions compliance experience in a regulated financial institution.
Deep expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital asset sanctions risks.
Strong knowledge of OFAC, EU, UN and UK sanctions regimes.
Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics platforms and sanctions tech.
Ability to design and govern tech-enabled compliance controls at scale.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert for sanctions screening controls related to crypto and blockchain.
Design, implement and govern an end-to-end 2LoD operating model with governance.
Lead enterprise crypto sanctions framework across client lifecycle and screening.
Translate regulatory expectations into actionable controls and risk scoring models.
