Job details

Fast Growing Beverage Manufacturer // First Controllership Hire // Direct view into leadership

*OPEN TO RELOCATION CANDIDATES*

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

Why join us
  • Ground-floor growth: The company went from startup to a multi-state, multi-hundred-million-dollar manufacturing footprint in a few years, and it is still expanding. There is real room to grow your role as the business scales.
  • Build, don’t maintain: With new facilities coming online, you’ll help build systems, processes, and teams rather than inherit a legacy playbook.
  • Best-in-class technology: You’ll work alongside some of the most advanced canning and automation infrastructure in the industry.
  • Founder-led, entrepreneurial culture: Leadership is close to the business, decisions move quickly, and good ideas get implemented.
  • Products people know: The company makes drinks for some of the best-known beverage brands, and you’ll see them on shelves nationwide.
  • Major local employer: The company is one of the largest private employers in its home market and is investing heavily in the new communities it enters.
  • Sustainability built in: Aluminum cans are highly recyclable, and that is central to the company’s strategy.

Design, implement, and maintain intercompany accounting policies, transfer pricing methodology, and elimination entries across entities.

Partner with site controllers at TX and PA operations to ensure consistent processes, close calendar, and accounting policy application across the enterprise.

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
