Jobot is seeking a dynamic Controller to join our rapidly growing manufacturing operation in Indianapolis. You will oversee all financial activities, month-end close, reporting, and cash flow while partnering with operations to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance with leadership experience in manufacturing, a strong grasp of budgeting and regulatory reporting, and proficiency with Epicor. We offer full benefits, 401k match, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance with management and planning experience.
• Proven Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or Senior Accountant experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
• Excellent data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Epicor ERP.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and internal reports.
• Synchronize all operations and processes of the finance department.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our thriving Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of business and financial principles, possessing a proven track record in strategic planning, financial reporting and ownership of accounting. This role will involve overseeing all financial activities, including month-end, reporting, and cash flow. The Controller will be responsible for ensuring our company's financial security, integrity, and transparency. 11. 12. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
