Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate Conversation Designer to contribute to AI-driven experiences across our Digital Assistant. You will design conversational flows for chat and voice, align language models with business goals, and advocate for inclusive, accessible designs that serve diverse users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience as a voice/conversation designer.
• Designing conversational experiences for AI-driven platforms, IVRs, or virtual assistants.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.
• Experience designing for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows for AI-driven tools, including chat and voice, aligning with AI/ML initiatives and company goals.
• Leverage expertise in language models to inform broader CxD strategy when building with LLMs.
• Articulate design decisions with clear storytelling and comprehensive documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML teams to train and refine NLU models and LLMs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product innovation and delivery.
