Macquarie Group is seeking a Vice President, Consultant Relations to lead consultant engagement and drive growth across the Eastern United States. As Vice President, Consultant Relations, you will lead strategic engagement, elevate visibility, and drive growth through consultant networks while identifying new and cross‑selling opportunities across Macquarie Asset Management’s platform.
Lead the development and management of relationships with investment consultants and advisory firms. Drive proactive engagement strategies, oversee consultant communications, and ensure the firm is well‑positioned across consultant platforms and ratings. Partner closely with sales, product, and investment teams to align messaging, coordinate meetings, and advance opportunities originating from consultant channels. Analyze consultant feedback, monitor industry trends, and shape strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s competitive positioning.
Salary range for this position: $185,000 – $240,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, market data, performance, business sector, and geographic location. Eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
