Job description

What We Offer

Join Macquarie's Portfolio Performance Group on the Real Assets team, supporting a group of senior executives within a high performing, deal driven environment. This team operates at pace across complex transactions, offering high visibility, meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to act as a true business partner rather than purely in a support role. You will support a core group of executives within a broader team of ~10 professionals, working closely across regions on active transactions and strategic initiatives

We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

What role will you play?

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing complex and highly dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones, and overseeing domestic and international travel through Concur. Beyond core support responsibilities, you will play an integral role in enabling the team’s effectiveness, including coordinating across regions, supporting deal related activities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

This is a high visibility role within a fast-paced environment, where you will build strong relationships across senior stakeholders and contribute to the success of a leading advisory business. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of team initiatives, including event planning and engagement activities.

In your first 12 months, success will be defined by establishing yourself as a trusted partner to your executives, proactively managing priorities in a complex environment, and identifying efficiencies that enhance team productivity.

What You Offer
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (Managing Director or equivalent level), ideally within investment banking, financial services, or another fast paced, high-performance environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and tact
  • Proven ability to operate proactively and independently, solving problems, anticipating needs, and delivering consistently high quality outcomes under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with tools such as Concur and Coupa

Salary range for this position: $90-105k/year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You can further read about the full spectrum of benefits we offer our people listed below.

  • Benefits and initiatives to support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing such as medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance; health savings account and dependent day care savings account; life insurance, disability, and other insurance plans; 401(k) and short/long term disability
