Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks an experienced professional for its Digital Infrastructure team in New York. In this role, you will take ownership across digital infrastructure investments, from finding opportunities through execution and exit. You will deploy third‑party equity capital and actively manage existing investments with a clear focus on long‑term value creation. You will partner closely with senior leaders in our portfolio companies to set strategy, guide business planning, and manage performance. You will also support mentoring and development within our team while contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing culture. You'll have the opportunity to bring your judgement, and mindset needed to lead investments and support growing businesses in a dynamic environment.

Salary range for this position: $240,000 – 280,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
