Join Macquarie's Client Solutions Group supporting a group of senior executives within a high performing, deal driven environment. This team operates at pace across complex transactions, offering high visibility, meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to act as a true business partner rather than purely in a support role. You will support a core group of executives within a broader team of ~10 professionals, working closely across regions on active transactions and strategic initiatives.

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing complex and highly dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones, and overseeing domestic and international travel through Concur. Beyond core support responsibilities, you will play an integral role in enabling the team's effectiveness, including coordinating across regions, supporting deal related activities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
This is a high visibility role within a fast-paced environment, where you will build strong relationships across senior stakeholders and contribute to the success of a leading advisory business. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of team initiatives, including event planning and engagement activities.
In your first 12 months, success will be defined by establishing yourself as a trusted partner to your executives, proactively managing priorities in a complex environment, and identifying efficiencies that enhance team productivity.
Salary range for this position: $90-105k/year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
