Landing Point is seeking a Compliance Operations Consultant to design and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting. The role supports regulatory filings, exam coordination, and audit response workflows within a technology-forward compliance program.

The successful candidate will draft and maintain policies, partner with legal, finance, and tech teams, and drive process improvements across compliance workflows, governance, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance operations with focus on infrastructure, governance, and process improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, technology, finance, and business operations teams.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining compliance reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory filing processes and audit response workflows.
• Familiarity with compliance platforms and automation opportunities.

• Identify and implement process improvements across compliance workflows.
• Partner with technology teams on the configuration and optimization of compliance platforms.
• Support the build-out and ongoing governance of compliance program metrics, testing schedules, and issue tracking frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal audit, risk, and finance teams on compliance-related deliverables.
• Produce high-quality written materials, including executive briefings, board presentations, and regulatory correspondence.

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $50 - $100/hr
