Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC seeks a Vice President of Clinical and Wellness Services to lead clinical strategy and operations across its communities in Beaverton, Oregon. This executive role oversees nursing and wellness, drives quality, regulatory readiness, and partnerships that support residents’ health and quality of life.

You will set clinical standards, develop leaders, manage resources and budgets, and expand services to improve resident outcomes while balancing financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required.
• At least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including 5 years in executive/regional leadership within senior living or long-term care.
• Ability to partner with operational leaders, develop teams, and balance excellent care with financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set clinical standards and work with community and operations leaders to deliver consistent, person-centered care.
• Lead quality improvement, resident safety, regulatory readiness, and risk management across the organization.
• Develop and support clinical leaders, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee clinical resources and performance, including staffing, budgets, therapy services, and healthcare partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce care approaches that improve resident outcomes and experiences.
