Compass Senior Living - Eugene, OR seeks a Vice President of Wellness to lead the clinical and wellness strategy across all communities, ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance. This executive role partners with senior leadership to establish standards, drive innovations, and oversee quality outcomes organization-wide.

The ideal candidate has extensive clinical leadership experience in senior living, strong governance skills, and a proven ability to manage enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• RN preferred and active license.
• LPN/LVN required at minimum with active license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical and wellness strategy across all communities.
• Provide executive oversight of wellness services and clinical operations.
• Lead governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Mentor Wellness Directors and clinical leaders; drive staff development.
• Evaluate ROI of wellness programs, technology, and staffing models.
