Mercy is seeking an executive leader to guide strategic vision, operational direction, and long-term growth for assigned service lines and departments. The Vice President will be a key member of the leadership team, driving performance, advancing clinical and operational excellence, and aligning with Mercy's mission and priorities.

This role requires a Master's degree and at least 3 years of leadership experience at the Director level or above.
