NCA is seeking a highly charismatic, polished, and results-driven professional to lead investor relations and fundraising efforts across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-end networking environments, excels in relationship management, and enjoys engaging with sophisticated investors. You will be responsible for attracting and managing High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) investors through exclusive events, private meetings, and strategic engagement.

This is a front-facing role where personal presence, fundraising, and networking skills are key to success.

Main Responsibilities

1. Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, connect with, and cultivate relationships with HNWIs to secure investments in NCA’s Direct Investment Program.
  • Leverage industry connections, networking events, and personal outreach to expand the investor base.
  • Organize and host exclusive investor dinners, events, and one-on-one meetings to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and present compelling investment pitches tailored to different investor profiles.
  • Maintain regular communication with investors, providing insights, reports, and updates to nurture relationships.
  • Take full ownership of investor acquisition and fundraising strategy.
  • Execute tailored, personalized engagement strategies that align with investor expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor approaches, and investor preferences to refine outreach tactics.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop persuasive investment materials and enhance the overall investor experience.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or fundraising within PE, VC, asset management, hedge funds, or similar environments.
  • Proven fundraising experience, successfully raising capital from HNWIs or institutional investors.
  • A polished, engaging, and confident personality suited for high-end investor interactions.
  • Independent and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Deep investor and market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing investor databases and CRM systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with Altvia
  • Previous experience with search funds
  • Previous experience working remotely and autonomously
