The Chief of Staff is a high-visibility, strategic partner supporting the General Manager North America and the senior leadership team by managing priorities, overseeing staff and internal operations, and leading key initiatives. This role involves supporting the GM with strategic planning, preparation, and management of senior meetings, and developing organizational and communication frameworks to implement the commercial vision and ensure organizational growth and success.
As a leadership team member, this role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs, driving improvements in collaboration, communication, and organizational maturity. The Chief of Staff anticipates issues, analyzes strategic, business, and operational challenges, formulates solutions, and ensures the progress of key projects and initiatives, focusing on:
Essential Functions:
Education and Experience:
Degree in science, business, engineering, or related field with at least 10 years’ experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or related industries. Extensive cross-functional management experience in commercial operations and project management is required. Experience in global commercial, medical, or alliance management is a plus. Proven leadership in strategic and operational initiatives within the biotech or pharma industry is essential.

Salary Range: $189,300 - $259,300 annually. Compensation is based on skills, experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, life insurance, PTO, wellness programs, and stock options.
