Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a strategic, AI-forward Vice President of Brand and Communications to lead our global brand and corporate communications. You will shape how Blackbaud is understood, differentiated, and trusted, translating strategy into a compelling narrative across audiences and channels.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive leadership in brand, corporate communications, or an integrated marketing communications discipline, including senior-level experience.
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex technology with public company exposure preferred.
Proven ability to build and evolve global brand narratives, reputation strategies, and executive visibility.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the AI-first global brand strategy, architecture, positioning, voice, and visual expression.
Lead integrated corporate communications spanning external, internal, financial, media, thought leadership, and crisis messaging.
Serve as senior advisor to the executive team on reputation, messaging, and high-stakes moments.
