Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an analytics professional to lead data strategy and governance for customer data assets in a fully remote role within the United States. You will drive data quality, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to support lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

The role requires advanced SQL, Alteryx Designer expertise, and strong collaborative skills across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or customer analytics; CRM and lifecycle measurement experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions on large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer to automate end-to-end data workflows.
• Strong data cleaning, blending, transformation, and integration across multiple sources.
• Knowledge of orthopaedics products, clinical procedures and customer profiles.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical hypotheses and actionable data structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Data strategy and governance: Build and maintain trusted customer data assets with source-of-truth datasets.
• Data quality and integrity: Monitor and improve data accuracy across systems and data sources.
• Commercial analytics and measurement: Develop KPI frameworks and data models for lead generation and engagement.
• Generative AI enablement: Prototype and evaluate AI applications with safeguards and validation.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Prioritize requests and translate questions into hypotheses.
• Responsible data and AI practices: Ensure privacy, consent management, and governance controls.
• Technical leadership and mentorship: Guide analysts in SQL, experimentation, and reproducible workflows.
