Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Vice President to oversee the development and administration of programs in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including New Jersey, Delaware, and Philadelphia.

The role covers participant services, personnel management, and budget oversight to ensure high quality services aligned with the agency mission. The successful candidate will lead program quality improvement efforts, supervise staff across regions, and coordinate with leadership to expand the agency's

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in management and motivation of staff.
  • Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems; Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
  • Position requires reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and valid driver's license.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
  • TRAVEL REQUIRED; Position is based in the Mid-Atlantic Region (New Jersey, Delaware, and Philadelphia)

Job description

Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA Classification: Exempt

Summary of Position: The Vice President is responsible for the overall development and administration of the programs in the Mid-Atlantic Region (Coverage of New Jersey, Delaware, and Philadelphia). This includes the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management. The Vice-President is responsible for the continued development of the agency, quality, quality improvement, and to carry-out the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

Qualifications/Requirements
