Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years in industrial maintenance, machinery diagnostics, reliability, or rotating equipment.
• 4+ years hands-on vibration analysis, laser alignment, and machinery balancing.
• Experience with advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment (motors, pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes).
• Experience with vibration analyzers, condition monitoring systems, and software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted reliability partner to improve equipment performance and asset reliability.
• Perform vibration analysis, laser alignment, on-site balancing, and diagnostics.
• Manage PdM programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop technical findings and recommendations from route-based data.
• Maintain and optimize vibration monitoring databases and alarm strategies.
• Collaborate with customers on-site and provide technical consultations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team technical excellence.
• Expand expertise through field experience, training, and certifications.
