Job summary

A leading technology firm is looking for a Senior Vibration Analyst and Support Lead to enhance customer success with their APM/PdM platform. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, strong skills in vibration analysis, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in plant/machinery reliability or maintenance engineering.
• Experience as a Vibration Analyst or PdM Technician is preferred.
• Familiarity with rotating/reciprocating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service support for APM/PdM Cloud platform.
• Provide training and onboarding support for customers.
• Review alerts from the APM/PdM platform and prepare customer reports.
