The role requires dedication to planning, coordination of outings, and assisting residents with mobility. A strong emphasis on teamwork, organization, and confidentiality is essential for daily LifeLoop documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform activities with older adults and coordinate events.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and lead activities across physical, social, recreational, and educational categories.
• Lead group activities and foster resident participation.
• Document resident engagement daily and track trends in LifeLoop.
• Coordinate community outings and special celebrations, acting as chaperone as needed.
• Decorate the facility for events and assist residents to participate in activities.
• Support social media content creation for the community.
• Drive company vehicle for resident activities and appointments.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experiences.
• Identify and requisition supplies for planned activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and operations information.
