Brightview Senior Living LLC seeks a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents lead an active, engaging life through varied programming and activities. You will support planning, organization, and promotion of events, while fostering creativity and connection with residents.

Ideal candidates bring energy, a positive attitude, and a talent for engaging people. Some events involve driving residents to activities, and setup/breakdown responsibilities are included.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents and help plan and implement programming that engages and fulfills them.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events such as games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Over 21 may drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
