Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents stay active and engaged through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You will promote events, organize games and activities, and use social media and newsletters to showcase daily highlights; driving may be required for residents aged 21 or over. Join a team dedicated to enriching lives with energy and compassion.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and enjoy learning about them.
• Use your talents in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history or trivia.
• Exercise creativity and bring energy to activities.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement engaging programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events like games, painting, singing and music.
• Utilize social media, email and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
