Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents lead active, engaging lives through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming. You will organize and run events, promote community activities, and support residents with creative, social and recreational activities.

Occasional driving may be required for transport to events; a positive attitude and energy are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with residents and learn about them.
• Talents in arts or performance (singing, dancing, painting, poetry or trivia) are encouraged.
• Creative mindset with a positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities.
• Promote and communicate upcoming events and activities.
• Help organize and run activities; participate in games, crafts, songs and music.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Assist with set up and break down of events.
