Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live an active, vibrant life. You will get to know residents and plan spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programs that engage and fulfill them.

You will promote events, participate in activities such as games, painting, singing and music, and help organize and run them. You may drive the company vehicle occasionally to transport residents to events, and you’ll share daily highlights via

You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
You bring creativity and a can-do attitude to activities and events.
You enjoy organizing engaging programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions.
A valid driver's license in good standing is preferred for occasional driving duties.

Responsibilities

Get to know Brightview residents to plan and implement diverse programming.
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
Participate in activities and help organize games, arts, singing, and music events.
Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
Set up and break down events and activities.
