Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live an active, vibrant life by planning and delivering engaging programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities. The role is currently temporary with a possibility of permanent placement.

Responsibilities include planning events, promoting activities, and coordinating creative activities that residents enjoy; occasional driving may be required for residents to events, and

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Use talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry, history or trivia.
• Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit!
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• Active Driver's license in good standing. (as listed in job qualifications)

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to help plan and implement engaging spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Assist in organizing and running events such as games, painting, singing and music.
• Use social media, email and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
• Over 21 may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
