Qualifications

• Ability to engage residents and learn about their interests.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas.
• Ability to assist with organizing and running events and activities.
• Ability to communicate about upcoming events via social channels or newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to tailor programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Oversee occasional transport of residents to events with a valid driver’s license.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
