Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live an active, vibrant life through engaging programming and community events. You will assist with planning and running activities that span spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional aspects of well-being.

Responsibilities include promoting events, leading activities and using social channels to share daily highlights.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect quickly with people and learn about them.
• Creativity in planning and leading engaging activities.
• Positive attitude and high energy for resident engagement.
• Willingness to participate in, organize, and run events.
• Active driver's license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
