Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life through engaging programs and events. You will assist in planning activities, encouraging participation, and organizing enjoyable experiences tailored to each resident.

In this role, you’ll support creative expression through music, art, storytelling, and games while ensuring safety and logistics. A positive energy and people-loving spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with people and learn about them.
• Use talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia to engage residents.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high energy.
• Hold an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
