Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live an active, vibrant life through stimulating programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities. You will plan, organize and run events, promote upcoming community activities, and encourage participation.

You may also assist with social media and newsletters to share daily highlights with residents and families.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• We hope you'll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit.
• Active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that engages and fulfills them.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities; help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
