Rosa Mexicano Boston is seeking passionate Bussers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, celebratory dining environment, bring energy, hospitality, and a smile—the rest is on us.

You’ll support the guest experience with warmth, assist with tableside tasks such as guacamole, and help keep the dining room organized, clean, and welcoming. Prior guest service is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift.
• High School Degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm hospitality.
• Own the Tableside Guacamole experience.
• Keep energy flowing and tables turning for a seamless service.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel cared for.
• Follow our Service Steps and maintain health standards.
• Keep dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized and spotless.
• Turn over tables quickly to maintain efficiency.
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care.
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings to grow together.
• Work with teammates to keep energy high and service seamless.
