Job summary

You will assist with planning and leading recreational activities, arts and crafts, games, group programs, and one-on-one activities when needed; document participation and support residents' social and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities for residents
• Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests and abilities
• Assist with arts and crafts, games, entertainment, group programs, and special events
• Provide one-on-one activities for residents who are unable to participate in group programs
• Help prepare and organize activity materials and the activity area
• Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for residents
• Document resident participation and activities as required
• Work with the Activities Department and other staff to support residents' social and emotional well-being
