Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in activity planning or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic, patient, and creative approach.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for residents.
• Support residents in participating while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Foster inclusive atmosphere to encourage socialization.
• Maintain activity supplies and keep area clean.
• Document participation and provide feedback to coordinator.
• Collaborate with staff and families on personalized activity plans.
