Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a production operator for vial washer and sterilizer duties on the 4th shift. The role involves loading, washing, and sterilizing vials, performing daily changeovers, and adhering to SOPs and GMPs. The position requires ability to lift 20 lb pans and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and documentation skills required.
• Comprehends basic math, reading and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Must be able to lift successive vial pans weighing approximately 20 lbs.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and reach while palletizing vial pans weighing approximately 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor vial washers and component sterilizers.
• Load glass and plastic vials onto washer infeed and monitor washing progress.
• Perform changeovers of vial washer per production schedule.
• Follow SOPs/GMPs/safety requirements and maintain good documentation practices.
• Restock production supplies and ensure batch records are correctly documented.
