Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a 4th shift operator to run vial washers and sterilizers in our Grand Island, NY area manufacturing facility. The role requires strict adherence to safety, GMPs and documentation practices, with the ability to lift and move vial pans weighing ~20 lbs.

The position includes overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include setting up and operating washers and sterilizers, maintaining accurate records, and performing routine

Qualifications

• Requires good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic math, reading, and ability to understand technical instructions.
• Ability to comprehend and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Ability to lift vial pans weighing approximately 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain vial washers and component sterilizers.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load glass and plastic vials; monitor washing progress.
• Perform changeovers as scheduled by production.
• Adhere to safety equipment rules and gowning requirements.
• Follow SOPs/GMPs and maintain good documentation practices.
• Restock production supplies and ensure batch records are complete.
• Verify sterilizer cycles per SOP and manage waste labeling.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and provide coverage for overtime as needed.
