Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for a 4th shift (6 AM–6:30 PM on Sat/Sun plus one weekday). You will operate vial washers and component sterilizers, load vials, perform changeovers, and follow SOPs/GMPs while keeping meticulous records.

The role requires good communication, documentation skills, and the ability to lift 20 lb pans repeatedly; overtime is common and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and documentation skills essential.
• Understands basic math, reading, and mechanical adjustments.
• Able to lift vial pans weighing ~20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor vial washers and component sterilizers.
• Load glass and plastic vials onto vial washer infeed and monitor washing progress.
• Perform changeovers per production schedule.
• Follow SOPs/GMPs and safety requirements; maintain good documentation.
• Restock production supplies and ensure batch records are complete.
• Verify sterilizer cycles and load equipment as needed.
• Clean area daily/weekly and manage waste labeling.
• Overtime as needed.

Job SummaryResponsibilities4th Shift is 6 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday/Sunday + 1 Weekday assigned by supervisorHourly Range: $16.85 – 18.72/hourFinal pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.Responsible for the set-up, operation and performance of all vial washers and component sterilizers.
